Rafael Menchaca

Rafael Menchaca, CPA, started their career in 2015 as a Senior Associate at PwC, where they audited Fortune 500 companies and provided assurance over their IT systems. Rafael gained experience in understanding clients' IT environments, analyzing IT controls, and executing audits based on industry-standard frameworks. Rafael then joined Rockport Healthcare Services in 2018 as a Senior Accountant, where they developed and maintained financial statements in accordance with GAAP. In 2019, they joined SnF Management Company as an Accounting Supervisor, overseeing accounting operations and managing a team of eight. Rafael was later promoted to Accounting Manager and managed the Accounts Payable department, as well as supervised month-end close activities for nursing and rehabilitation facilities.
