Nicolas Lesbats

Nicolas LESBATS has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Nicolas started their career in 2003 at Giat Industries as an Apprentice Engineer, where they worked until 2005.

In 2006, Nicolas joined National Oilwell Varco as a Customer Service Manager, specializing in offshore, marine, and crane spare parts sales. Nicolas also served as a Product Engineer for their Jacking System division. During their time at National Oilwell Varco, they managed international sales accounts, designed new products, coordinated prototyping and testing, and led a project to implement a new ERP system.

In 2019, they transitioned to ALMACO Group, initially working as the Head of Maintenance and then being promoted to Vice President of Maintenance for the Catering Division. In these roles, Nicolas was responsible for overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the division.

Currently, Nicolas is employed at Welbilt Inc. as a Sales Manager for their Global Marine After Sales department. Nicolas joined the company in February 2023 and is responsible for managing sales activities.

Throughout their career, Nicolas has gained extensive knowledge and experience in sales, maintenance, project management, and product development within the maritime and oil industries.

Nicolas LESBATS completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2000 to 2002, they attended BTS Construction Navale, where they earned a Brevet de technicien supérieur in Construction navale. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, they enrolled in CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs and obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur par alternance in Génie Industriel, which is a generalist degree.
