Paulette Berg has over 10 years of experience working in finance and accounting roles. Paulette'smost recent position was as the Divisional Financial Controller at Welbilt Inc. (KitchenCare), where they were responsible for producing financial results for a division with revenues over $200 million. Prior to that, they served as the Group Controller at L F George, Trenchers, Bobcat and MUS, managing multiple legal entities and overseeing finance, HR, and IT functions. Paulette has also worked as a Controller at ELEMENT MATERIAL TECHNOLOGY and CPI PROMOTIONS, INC, where they handled various financial responsibilities such as cash management, budget creation, and financial statement preparation. Additionally, they have experience as a Consultant at TRIAD GROUP, INC, where they performed audits and implemented improvements to finance department procedures. Paulette has a strong background in implementing accounting procedures, developing business relationships, and coordinating financial statements and audits.
