Ronald Reliford Jr

Ronald Reliford Jr has a diverse work experience in engineering and research roles. Ronald worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Welbilt Inc. starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they were an Experimental Design Engineering Intern at the same company from June 2019 to November 2019.

Before joining Welbilt Inc., Ronald served as a Team Leader for Senior Project Design 1 at Boise Cascade Company from January 2019 to May 2019. In this role, they led a team in conducting research and implementing solutions for veneer recovery and efficiency improvement. Ronald also authored and presented original work on Engineered Wood Products.

In 2018, Ronald worked as a Nanofabrication Lab Staff at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. During this time, they handled the operation, analysis, and maintenance of nanotechnology fabrication processes using the NIST Nanofab equipment.

From May 2018 to August 2018, Ronald worked as a Nanotechnology Researcher at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In this role, they conducted research on "Compact Light Sources for Biological Applications" and designed and presented a device for controlling specified wavelengths in the visible spectrum. Ronald also had Cleanroom Safety Certification and X-Ray certification.

In 2016, Ronald worked as a Student Researcher at Northwestern State University. Ronald played a key role in assembling and presenting a 3-D Solar Tracker at the university's Research Day, where the team placed 3rd. As part of the research team, Ronald also contributed to the modification of the solar tracker and explored the use of renewable resources in future industries.
