Srinivas Gaddam

Srinivas Gaddam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Srinivas began their career as a Team Lead at Infotech in 1998, where they gained valuable leadership skills. In 2008, they transitioned to Dayton-Granger as a QA Mechanical Engineer, ensuring products met customer and product performance requirements. Srinivas chaired the Material Review Board and implemented design changes to address field failures.

In 2010, Srinivas joined Husqvarna as a Quality Engineer. Srinivas established an electronic Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2008 and implemented various quality improvement initiatives. Srinivas was responsible for APQP activities, PFMEA, PPAP, and supplier audits.

Moving forward, Srinivas worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Cyient starting from 2014. In this role, they were accountable for project quality and timely delivery.
