About the Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Senior Tax Staff Accountant, to join our U.S/Canada Cross border team, specializing in U.S. tax compliance and advisory.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare complex and specialized U.S. partnership, corporate, and individual income tax returns
Review simple U.S. tax returns (partnerships, corporate and individual)
Preparation of voluntary disclosures for corporate tax related issues
Establish and maintain effective client relationships
Conduct special tax projects and research
Communicate with respective tax authorities and assist with preparation of government notice responses
Attend relevant workshops and conferences to remain up-to-date on corporate tax issues
