Staci Larsen-Dillon

Staci Larsen-Dillon is currently working at Welch Equipment Company as the Allied/Systems Territory Sales for Utah. Prior to this, Staci was the Outbound Department Manager at Red Stag Fulfillment where Staci oversaw daily operations, ensured order fulfilment, managed departments, and developed SOPs. Staci also held the role of Procurement and Logistics Manager at Empire Solar Group and Business Owner at LDPM LLC, specializing in property maintenance services. With a background in operations management from roles at Solaroo Energy, Pro Star Fulfillment, Northwest Research, and UPS, Staci brings a strong foundation in leadership, process improvement, and team management. Staci holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Medicine from Stevens-Henager College.
