Joe Emerick

Joe Emerick has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Joe started their career at GAF Materials Corporation as a Human Resources Representative, where they provided generalist support to multiple plant locations. Joe then joined Welch's and held various roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, where they were responsible for setting and executing the people and culture agenda. Joe also led the Talent Acquisition department and implemented performance management processes across the organization. Additionally, Joe served as a Board Member for the Town of Concord, MA, providing strategic advisory counsel on human capital matters. Overall, Joe has a strong background in HR leadership and has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and labor relations.

Joe Emerick has a diverse education history that spans over several years. Joe started their educational journey by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2005.
