Tim McGinnis

Tim McGinnis has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tim currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Welch's since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Schwebel Baking Company from 2021 to 2023. From 2017 to 2021, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Eaton. Before that, they worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Human Resources Manager and Labor Relations Lead from 2014 to 2017. McGinnis began their career at General Motors in 2003, where they held various roles including Senior HR Labor Relations Representative, Safety Supervisor, Safety Representative/Training Supervisor, and Operations Supervisor.

Tim McGinnis earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Indiana University Bloomington. Tim attended the university from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Operations Management from Kettering University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007.
