Antonia Katsakiori

Antonia Katsakiori is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Head of CRM at Welcome Pickups since July 2025, Antonia defines and leads the CRM and brand strategy, focusing on performance-driven and emotionally engaging customer experiences. Previously at efood from April 2014 to July 2025, Antonia held several key roles, culminating in the position of Head of CRM, where leadership of a CRM team and alignment of CRM strategy with business objectives were paramount. Antonia's career also includes roles in operations and customer care, along with early experience in event promotion and technical support. Antonia holds a Master of Science in Marketing & Communication and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business.
