Melvin Gabriel Ignacio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Melvin Gabriel started their career as a Job Order Personnel at the City of General Trias in 2015. Melvin Gabriel then moved on to work as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture from February to August 2016. In 2017, they worked as an Operations Planning and Control Analyst at Western Appliances until July 2018.

Melvin then transitioned to the role of a System Analyst at Agripacific Corporation, where they were responsible for business process improvement and policy creation. Melvin Gabriel later became the competence team lead for Project Systems during the SAP implementation initiative. Melvin Gabriel was then reassigned as the Basis, Security, and Fiori lead, managing authorization, transport issues, and conducting meetings with SAP.

In 2020, Melvin worked as a Business Development Specialist (Project Based) at Eau et Vie. Melvin Gabriel conducted a feasibility study on providing electricity access for the urban poor, managed a team, and handled stakeholder management and research work.

Later, Melvin joined Schneider Electric in November 2021 as a Business Process Analyst. Melvin Gabriel played a crucial role in analyzing and improving business processes until August 2022.

Before joining their current role as an Account Manager at WelcomeWare in April 2023, Melvin worked as an Account Manager at Civicom, Inc. starting from September 2022.
