Alex Norris

Alex Norris has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, Alex worked at Well as the Director of Product Management, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, Alex held the position of Director Product Delivery at the same company from February 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Well, Alex worked as a Product Delivery Manager at Well from April 2019 to February 2021. Alex also worked as a Consultant at Concord for a brief period in 2019. Before that, Alex served as the Owner of SLI Consulting LLC from January 2018 to April 2019. Alex gained experience as a Project Manager at Sage Method from May 2018 to February 2019. Furthermore, Alex worked as a Healthcare Consultant at GalaxE.Solutions from April 2016 to June 2017. Alex started their career at Prime Therapeutics, where they held various positions including Benefit Design Analyst, Senior QA Analyst, QA Analyst, and Health Care Operations Intern, from June 2013 to April 2016. At Concord in 2017, Alex served as a Consultant and managed the migration of a communication authoring system, leading to significant improvements in system output and reduced penalties. Alex also demonstrated leadership skills by managing a team of developers, and collaborated with executive leadership on program uplift status and remediation plans. Additionally, Alex established strong relationships across IT and business, streamlined processes, and developed a monitoring dashboard to ensure compliance.

From 2009 to 2013, Alex Norris attended the University of St. Thomas, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. During this time, they pursued a double major in Economics and Psychology.
