Mark Weare

Mark Weare has extensive work experience in the field of real estate and property management. Mark started their career in 2000 as a Property & Retail Services Agent at easyCar before moving on to work as an Asset & Estates Surveyor at the City of London. Mark then joined Carphone Warehouse in 2007, where they held the positions of Assets & Estates Surveyor and later Assets & Estates Manager for the UK, Ireland, and Belgium. In 2013, Mark became the Head of Real Estate & Distribution for EMEA at SWAROVSKI, where they managed property acquisition and oversaw the expansion of retail boutiques, offices, and warehousing. Mark then worked at B&Q, initially as a Real Estate Manager for the UK & Ireland and later as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager globally. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Property at Well Pharmacy. Mark's experience includes asset and estate management, acquisitions, disposals, site location, data analysis, and treasury functions.

Mark Weare completed their Bachelor's degree in Business from London Metropolitan University in 2001. After that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Estate Management from London South Bank University, which they completed in 2006.
