Sathyan Shiju

Sathyan Shiju currently serves as the Area Operations Manager at Well Pharmacy since October 2023 and simultaneously holds the position of Store Manager at Co-op since April 2023. Previously, Sathyan gained extensive experience in retail management, holding store manager roles at Home Bargains from October 2021 to April 2023, B&M Retail from February 2018 to October 2021, Boots UK from July 2017 to February 2018, Superdrug from August 2016 to July 2017, and Sainsbury's from January 2015 to August 2016. Throughout these positions, responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory and compliance, and achieving financial targets. Sathyan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kerala University in Thiruvananthapuram.
