Menelaos Lazos

Menelaos Lazos serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Commercial Operations at Wella Company since December 2020, having previously held positions such as Vice President EMEA and General Manager for Spain & Portugal. Prior to Wella, Menelaos was the General Manager for Spain & Portugal in Professional Beauty at Coty from October 2016 to November 2020. Menelaos's extensive experience at Procter & Gamble spanned from March 2002 to September 2016, covering roles including General Manager for the Wella Salon Professional Division in various regions, Western Europe Hair Brand Director for Pantene Pro-V, and UK & Ireland Hair Market Strategy & Planning Manager. Menelaos holds a Master's degree in Management, Economics & International Relations from the University of St Andrews and additional qualifications from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), Harvard University, and the University of Kent.
