Tim Cullingford

Tim Cullingford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research management and environmental sciences. Currently serving as Senior Research Manager in Climate Impacts & Adaptation at Wellcome Trust since March 2024, Tim previously held roles including Programme Manager at the Medical Research Council, where responsibilities included managing projects related to environmental exposures and health, and as a Science Consultant at Science Diligence, providing expert advice in Environmental and Biomedical Sciences. Tim's earlier positions included managing scientific research programs at Geo Mission and conducting molecular biology research at institutions such as Imperial College and the Institute of Neurology. Academically, Tim holds a PhD in Biochemistry from King's College London and an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, complementing a BSc in Biochemistry from the same institution.
