Kevin Rew

Kevin Rew's work experience includes:

1. Registered In-House Counsel at Wellfit since February 2023.

2. VP Legal Affairs, General Counsel, and Chief Operating Officer at medifriendRx from March 2014 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for operations leadership, legal guidance, organizational strategy, corporate governance, and financial management. Kevin successfully expanded the company's number of on-site pharmacies in Federally Qualified Health Centers and introduced automated prescription dispensing kiosks into the pharmacy services market.

3. Owner of the Law Office of R. Kevin Rew from September 2001 to March 2014. Kevin specialized in corporate law, commercial transactions, and sports marketing. Kevin secured and represented leading organizations in the private and public sectors, including negotiating sponsorships for the Women's Basketball Coaches Association and forming the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.

4. Partner at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP from September 1986 to September 2001. Kevin focused on business formation, sale of business, general corporate matters, and business contracting. Kevin managed legal activities related to the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, including creating and negotiating joint marketing programs to protect Olympic sponsors.

Kevin Rew earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies and Economics from Duke University, where they attended from 1979 to 1983. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Vanderbilt University Law School from 1983 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Kevin also obtained certifications in AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell in June 2022 and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in September 2020.
