Matthew Feldman

Matthew Feldman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Matthew started their career at BD as a Project Manager, focusing on implementing medical devices in clinical care settings. Matthew then joined Partners Healthcare as an Applications Analyst II, where they managed the integration and implementation of digital health solutions for physician's practices. Later, at Amwell, they held multiple roles, including Director of Technical Support and Director of the Project Management Office (PMO). In these roles, they built and led teams, managed operational delivery and technical support, and facilitated stakeholder education and onboarding. Currently, they are working at Wellframe as the Director of Strategy & Operations.

Matthew Feldman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Education from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including "Communicating with Emotional Intelligence," "How to Ask Productive Questions," "How to Resolve Conflict and Boost Productivity through Deep Listening," "Listen to Lead," "Improving Your Listening Skills," "Customer Service: Call Control Strategies," "Project Management Fundamentals Program," and "Management Training Program."
