Fabio Akio Kawano

Fabio Akio Kawano serves as the Global Senior Director of Business Transformation at Wellhub since July 2022, overseeing Workforce Management, Budgeting, Performance, and Customer Insights, while reporting directly to the COO. Previously held the position of Global Senior Director of Customer Experience, managing more than 50 employees and implementing strategic planning initiatives. Additionally, Fabio is an Executive MBA candidate at IESE Business School, participating in a trilingual program with a global perspective. Past roles include strategic advisory at Chef Aprendiz, operations strategy at Rappi, consulting at Bain & Company, and various positions in startups and established companies. Fabio holds a Bachelor of Engineering from UFSCar, alongside a technical course in project management and other educational credentials.
