Charles Sutelan

Charles Sutelan began their career in 1994 as a Software Engineer at the Federal Judicial Center. In 2001, they joined Welligent, Part of the ContinuumCloud, where they held the positions of CTO/System Architect and CEO.

Charles Sutelan has a long and varied educational history. Charles obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University between 1987 and 1991. Charles then returned to Old Dominion University and obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Sociology between 1991 and 1993. Finally, they obtained a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The George Washington University between 1995 and 1997.
