Carmen Jones-Weaks

Carmen Jones-Weaks is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People & Culture at Wellness Equity Alliance since October 2024, Carmen has previously held senior roles including Senior Director of People and Culture at Community Vision CA and Human Resources Director at Project Open Hand. With a strong foundation in human resources management, Carmen has successfully contributed to organizational growth and equity in diverse settings, including LifeLong Medical Care and St. Vincent de Paul of Alameda County. An accomplished leader, Carmen also co-founded we8there Communications, playing a key role as Vice President/Editor-in-Chief. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Watterson College and an Associate degree in Bookkeeping & Accounting from Mount San Antonio College.
