Haarshal Thakker

Haarshal Thakker began their work experience in 2010 as the Co-Founder and CEO of Accessories - The Homeware Store, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Head of Business Operations at Localbanya.com and then transitioned to the role of HOD: Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain until 2015. Thakker then worked as an Independent Consultant at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant and stayed there until 2018. Thakker's next position was at D'DECOR HOME FABRICS, where they served as the Assistant Vice President of Digital Centre of Excellence & New Business Initiatives from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Wellness Forever Medicare Private Limited as the Head of Omni Channel & Hyperlocal Business.

Haarshal Thakker completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Haarshal Thakker obtained certifications in Customer Analytics and Operations Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania through Coursera in July 2017.
