Vaibhav Bhawar

Vaibhav Bhawar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. VAIBHAV started their career as an Account Assistant at Y B Kismatrao & Company in 2004 and worked there until 2006. VAIBHAV then joined BLA Power Private Limited as an Assistant Manager, where they primarily handled compensation and benefits responsibilities, including payroll management and statutory compliances. Vaibhav worked at BLA Power Private Limited for a considerable period, ending their tenure in January 2021.

In 2021, Vaibhav joined Zeno Health as an MIS Manager (Finance). Their key responsibilities included preparing monthly MIS reports, analyzing data, and conducting budget vs actual analysis. VAIBHAV also facilitated internal stakeholders by providing them with relevant MIS information. Vaibhav worked at Zeno Health until March 2023.
