Vinayak Bhivare has extensive experience in various industries, with a focus on operations and sales. Vinayak is currently heading operations for Wellness Forever Medicare Private Limited, where they manage the entire operations at the format level and oversees more than 270 stores. Vinayak'srole also involves the strategic goal of opening 1000 stores in 1000 days. Prior to this, Vinayak worked as an AVP & RH at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, where they handled the Axis Bancassurance Relationship. Vinayak also served as a General Manager at METRO Cash & Carry India Private Limited and DGM - Sales & Ops at Reliance Retail. Additionally, Vinayak held a leadership position as the Unit Head - Area Business Manager at Big Bazaar - Future Retail. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Branch Manager at HDFC Life and had multiple roles at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, including Agency Manager and Unit Manager.

Vinayak Bhivare completed their Executive Leadership degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA degree in Marketing Management from ARIHANT COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT &ADVANCE STUDIES, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Before their MBA, Vinayak pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ARIHANT COLLEGE OF MANGMENT&ADVANCE STUDIES, completing it in 2005.
