Andrea Salazar

Andrea Salazar has extensive work experience in various development and advancement roles. Andrea most recently worked as the Vice President of Advancement & External Affairs at Wellnest since January 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Development at Olive Crest - Strong Families, Safe Kids from May 2017 to December 2018. Andrea also held the position of Director of Development at The Whole Child from December 2014 to May 2017, where they focused on empowering children and families. Before that, they worked as the Director of Fund Development at Walden Family Services, a Foster & Adoption Agency from October 2013 to November 2014, providing quality care for abused and neglected children. Andrea's experience also includes serving as the Director of Development at the Good Shepherd Center For Homeless Women and Children from November 2011 to October 2013 and as the Development Director at the Los Area Council, Boy Scouts of America from October 2004 to November 2011. Andrea started their career as a Development Associate at the USC Annenberg Center on Communication Leadership & Policy from September 2003 to October 2004.
