Sean A Smith, MBA, LSSBB has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on strategic consumer engagement and supply chain services. Sean A has held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Central Operations at Wellpath and Vice President Implementation at care.ai™. Sean's previous roles also include Senior Director of Strategic Consumer Engagement at Community Health Systems, where they implemented several successful initiatives to improve patient engagement and reputation management. Before that, they worked as a Healthcare Implementation Manager at Marion County Health Department / Wishard Hospital and as a Healthcare Consultant at Avanade. Sean began their career as a Consultant at Sogeti and later worked as a Sr. Business Analyst at Hewlett Packard and a Business Analyst at Compaq Computer Corporation.

Sean A Smith, MBA, LSSBB received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University in 2000. In 2015, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Healthcare Administration from Lipscomb University. Sean has also obtained additional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Lean Sigma Corporation in 2023, Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association in November 2019, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in November 2012.
