Tiffanny Hicks

Tiffanny Hicks, M.Ed has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2001, they worked as an HIV/STD Surveillance Specialist at the Metropolitan Nashville Public Health Department until 2008. Following that, they served as a Donor Services Supervisor at the American Red Cross from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, Tiffanny joined MEDHOST as an Implementation Consultant and Clinical Instructor, where they implemented and trained corporate standards at LIFEPOINT Hospitals. Tiffanny continued in this role until 2016, also working as a Clinical Instructor. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Professional Development Consultant for the CHOICES Care Coordination Team at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Tiffanny then transitioned to the role of Clinical IT Analyst at Post Acute Medical from 2017 to 2018, and at Vibra Healthcare from 2018 to 2020. Their responsibilities included implementing and supporting clinical solutions, training clinicians on computer applications, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with IT teams. Since 2020, Tiffanny has been working as the IT Implementation Team Lead and TeleHealth Implementation Specialist at Wellpath, where they oversee TeleHealth implementations, trains and troubleshoots complications, and ensures staff are qualified to use the virtual platform. Overall, Tiffanny brings a wealth of experience in healthcare IT, professional development, event planning, and public health to their work.

Tiffanny Hicks, M.Ed, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cardio-Respiratory Care Science from Tennessee State University. Tiffanny also obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree from the same institution.
