Belmer Negrillo

Belmer Negrillo currently serves as the Director of Product Design Innovation at Wells Fargo, co-leading the Innovation Enablement team within the Strategy, Digital, and Innovation group since July 2023. With a rich background in design and innovation, Belmer has also been a mentor for Italian startups at the Camera di commercio di Torino since March 2015, and previously held significant roles at Meta, including Creative Design Director for MetaWorks and Sr. Design Manager for Home & Calling Experiences. Belmer's career began at IDEO, contributing to various design projects and leading initiatives in educational solutions. Prior experience includes key design positions at eBay and VUVOX, where Belmer created groundbreaking multimedia tools and garnered multiple patent applications. Belmer holds a Master's degree in Interactive Design from the Interaction Design Institute Ivrea and a BA in Social Communication from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
