Damu McCoy

Damu McCoy is an accomplished executive in talent acquisition with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition at Wells Fargo since November 2022, Damu McCoy leads diverse, data-driven teams to fulfill the organization's talent needs as part of the HR leadership team. Prior to this role, Damu McCoy spent over two decades at Target, progressing from Senior Buyer to Vice President of Talent Acquisition, overseeing the entire recruitment organization. Damu McCoy holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Wittenberg University.
