Dawn Cooper

Dawn Love Cooper currently serves as Executive Vice President of Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations at Wells Fargo. Cooper has held significant leadership roles at several major financial institutions, including Executive Vice President of North American Customer Operations and Head of North American Customer Operations at TD, as well as Executive Vice President of Service & Operations and Senior Vice President of Service at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Prior experience includes Global Head of Client and Managing Director of Retail Contact Centers at Citi, and various leadership positions at USAA, including Chief Claims Officer and Head of New Member Onboarding. Cooper holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio and has furthered education at St. Mary's University.
