Gadi Meir has extensive experience in the financial services sector, particularly in small business lending and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as VP of Strategic Initiatives/Innovation at Wells Fargo since 1993, Gadi founded the Business Real Estate Financing line, creating a first-to-market express mortgage for small businesses. Gadi also leads critical growth initiatives and has successfully expanded the product suite within the business group. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Scotiabank, where Gadi reported on global political and economic changes, and as a Senior Accountant at KPMG, overseeing audit engagements. Gadi holds an MBA in Marketing from Ivey Business School, an MBA in International Business from Stockholm School of Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Toronto.
