Joellen Whalen

JoEllen Whalen is an experienced instructional design leader currently serving as the Head of Instructional Design at Wells Fargo since May 2021. Prior to this role, JoEllen spent over 16 years at Citi in various capacities, including Design and Development Director, Business Unit Lead, Instructional Design Manager, and Design Manager. In these positions, JoEllen was responsible for setting strategic directions, developing learning roadmaps, and leading teams to create effective learning solutions across multiple business units, including AML, Fraud, and Credit. JoEllen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of North Texas.
