Krista Phillips

Krista Phillips serves as the Head of Consumer Cards & Marketing at Wells Fargo, a position held since September 2020. Previously, Krista accumulated extensive experience at Citi, where roles included Managing Director of Global Consumer Marketing, Head of Citi ThankYou Rewards Products, and Senior Product Director of Co-Brands and Loyalty, focusing on brand strategy, product development, and multi-million dollar P&Ls. Prior to Citi, Krista worked at JPMorgan Chase managing the Marriott Rewards Credit Card Program and held various marketing and communications roles within the Chase organization. Early in the career, Krista gained experience in advertising and public relations with firms such as Crowley Webb & Associates and Firstrust Bank. Krista holds a B.A. in Communication from Loyola College and an M.A. in Professional Communication from La Salle University.
