Paola Durasno

Paola Durasno serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Bank of America since September 2022, while also holding the position of Senior Counsel in the eCommerce, Innovations and Technology Legal Team at Wells Fargo since February 2019. Responsibilities at Wells Fargo include guiding digital and mobile product development, managing partnerships with FinTech companies, and overseeing third-party risk management. Previous experience includes roles as Associate Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Paola specialized in technology, IP, privacy, and cyber-related agreements, and a range of legal support positions across various firms and legal services organizations. Paola holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in English Literature and Joint Political Science/History from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.
