Prasoon Sinha

Prasoon Sinha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate risk management, currently serving as VP of Corporate Risk at Wells Fargo since 2006. Sinha has held various leadership roles within the organization, including oversight of operational risk in wealth and investment management, human resources control, and strategic enterprise risk management. A proven expert in assessing company-wide risks across financial, operational, and geopolitical domains, Sinha also has a strong background in commercial credit consulting, data analytics, and counterparty credit risk reporting. Previously, Sinha worked as a senior consultant at Wachovia Securities and Citigroup Asset Management, focusing on software solutions and mutual fund automation. Sinha holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Bentley University and a Master of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, complemented by a BA from Delhi University. Additionally, Sinha serves as a board member for the Wells Fargo Employee Impact Team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter.
