Rakesh Arora

Rakesh Arora, FRM, currently serves as Executive Director at Wells Fargo, having previously held the same position at Santander Consumer Bank SA, where Rakesh led Loss Forecasting. Rakesh's extensive experience in loss forecasting and quantitative analytics includes significant roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Rakesh was Head of DCS and Auto Loan Loss Forecasting and contributed to numerous regulatory frameworks such as CCAR and CECL. Rakesh also held positions at Barclaycard and previous roles at JPMorgan in acquisition strategy and risk analysis, along with academic experience as a research assistant in Mathematical Finance. Rakesh holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Houston, an MBA from Baylor University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Delhi College of Engineering.
