Renee Roach

Renee Roach is the Human Resources Business Partner Leader for Wells Fargo Advisors. In this role, she is responsible for driving the development and execution of HR strategies to support the achievement of business objectives as well as the effective delivery of enterprise HR programs to Wells Fargo Advisors. She also sits on the Wells Fargo Clearing Services Operating Committee.

Renee joined the company in April 2020. Prior to that, she served as the head of human resources for SSM Health in St. Louis, a network of nine hospitals and medical group with over 17,000 employees. Earlier in her career, she was vice president of human resources at ExpressScripts and an HR leader for Citigroup in Missouri.

Renee earned a bachelor’s in management and labor relations and a masters in organizational communication from the University of Illinois, Springfield.

She and her husband, John, are avid boaters and are the adoring parents of their dog, Tito.
