Ria Rossini Nicholls

Ria Rossini Nicholls serves as the EVP Head of Talent, Learning & Development at Wells Fargo, a position held since May 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing talent management practices, performance management, and employee engagement. Previously, Ria was the Chief Diversity Officer at Central Piedmont Community College from August 2020 to June 2022, focusing on equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Ria's extensive experience at Bank of America from 2005 to June 2022 encompassed various leadership roles, including Chief Talent Officer and Senior Vice President of Leadership Development, where Ria led global teams in organizational and leadership development strategies. Prior roles at Microsoft, FDI EMEA, First Data, Western Union, and Acxiom provided foundational expertise in organizational development and talent management. Ria holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder.
