Lana Ceco

Lana Ceco has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Lana has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Human Resources at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, where they developed and implemented workplace policies and programs, provided coaching on employee relations and performance management, and conducted investigations. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Consultant, offering strategic guidance in areas such as change management and talent management. Lana also served as the Director of Human Resources at Affinitiv Inc, where they directed HR initiatives, partnered with leadership teams on staffing and engagement strategies, and resolved legal claims. Earlier in their career, Lana worked at Guitar Center, Technicolor, Countrywide, Internet Dynamics, Inc., Corlund Electronics Corporation, Vivitar Corporation, and Citi, gaining experience in employee relations, compliance, training, and talent management. Lana has a proven track record of reducing legal and financial risk, achieving compliance goals, and implementing effective HR programs.

Lana Ceco holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in August 2017.
