Rick Gardner

Rick Gardner is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the National Vice President of Sales at Wells Pharma, Rick has successfully doubled the size of the national sales team and revenue from sales. Previously, as Sales Director at Athenex, Rick drove product sales to exceed $120 million since 2017, while at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, Rick achieved 117% of sales goals launching Qudexy. Rick's career also includes senior roles at Abbott Diagnostics, Azur/Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi, and Pfizer, where Rick consistently overachieved sales targets, launched successful products across various therapeutic areas, and developed training programs to support growth. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree from Temple University.
