Ashley Zinn

Ashley Zinn, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources. Currently, Ashley serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at WellSpan Health, where they provide leadership and direction to all HR teams, including employee/labor relations and employee health & safety. Prior to this, Ashley was the Senior Director of HR for Corporate Services at WellSpan Health, where they developed HR strategies and provided consultation to leadership teams.

Before joining WellSpan Health, Ashley worked as a Regional HR Director, providing HR consulting services to local operational leadership. Ashley also gained experience as an Employee Relations Specialist, where they advised and resolved employee issues and provided guidance on HR matters.

Earlier in their career, Ashley served as the Lead HR Business Partner and Interim HR Director at St. David's HealthCare, where they were responsible for handling HR questions, policies, and employee matters. Ashley also assisted in the overall management of the HR department and ensured compliance with industry standards.

Ashley's work experience also includes a role as an Anesthesia Technician at Holy Spirit Hospital, where they assisted in the care and preparation of surgical patients for anesthesia.
