Frank Dibella

Frank DiBella, LPC, has extensive experience in mental health and developmental services, currently serving as Manager of CADD Consultation Services and Outpatient Therapist at WellSpan Health since December 2017. Previous roles include Licensed Program Coordinator at Community Hope and Clinical Team Leader at Legacy Treatment Services, where Frank coordinated treatment for adolescents facing various challenges and developed family therapy curricula. Additional experience includes a Senior Shift Leader/Residential Counselor position at Carrier Clinic, where responsibilities included medication management and crisis intervention. Frank also gained valuable experience as a Counseling Intern at Richard Hall Community Mental Health Center and as a Graduate Assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Frank holds a Master of Public Health degree in progress from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, as well as a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a focus on Child Behavioral Services.
