Vicky Paver

Vicky Paver currently serves as Associate Principal at Wellspring Academy Trust since September 2023. Prior to this role, Vicky held the position of Head Teacher at Pathways School within Eko Trust from September 2021 to August 2023, focusing on the needs of children with SEMH challenges. Vicky's experience also includes serving as Head of School at West Lea School from September 2017 to August 2021, and earlier roles as a Trainee Head Teacher and Teacher at Kaizen Primary School from September 2010 to August 2017, along with teaching at Gallions Primary School from September 2006 to August 2010. Vicky holds a PGCE from Northumbria University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Martin's College.
