Krista Riddley is a seasoned humanitarian professional with extensive experience in policy development and advocacy for humanitarian response, gender issues, and energy access. Currently serving as Senior Program Officer at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund since January 2019, Krista previously contributed to the Clean Cooking Alliance as Senior Director of Gender and Humanitarian Programs from January 2017 to December 2018, where Krista spearheaded global advocacy efforts on energy access for crisis-affected populations. Prior roles include Senior Humanitarian Policy Advisor at USAID, Contractor for Oxfam during the Ebola response, and Director of Humanitarian Policy at Oxfam America, where Krista led significant policy initiatives related to various humanitarian crises. Krista's career also encompasses impactful leadership positions at Amnesty International USA and Catholic Relief Services, reinforcing a strong commitment to humanitarian principles and efficient crisis response strategies. Educated at Columbia University and Iowa State University, Krista holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
