Richard Carder

Richard Carder is currently working as a Data Strategy and Analysis Officer at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund since July 2013. With a Master's Degree in Information Systems from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, Richard has a background in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Florida. Prior to their current role, Richard has experience working in various engineering and technology-related roles in different organizations such as World Bank Group, ARCADIS U.S., St. Johns River Water Management District, and Knowsys Test Prep. Richard's expertise lies in data analysis, technology infrastructure, program strategies, and project design.
