Richard Kollmar

Richard Kollmar is a seasoned security executive with extensive experience in corporate security, risk management, and investigative leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Wellstar Health System since October 2022, Kollmar specializes in developing strategic security programs that prioritize integrity and confidentiality. Previous roles include Executive Vice President at Palm Security Group, Chief Security Officer at Honeywell, and Director of Global Security at CACI International Inc. Kollmar's notable tenure at the FBI included positions such as Deputy Assistant Director and Chief of the Cyber Division, where significant policies on security incident coordination were developed. Richard Kollmar holds a degree in Navigating Strategic Change from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
