Jennifer Wilton

Jennifer Wilton has extensive experience in journalism and editorial leadership, currently serving as Chefredakteur and Head of Department at Welt since January 2008. Prior to this role, Jennifer held positions such as Ressortleiter at WeltN24 GmbH and contributed as a Guest Editor for The Guardian through the IJP Stipendium/Lord Weidenfeld Programm. Previous experience includes a Volontariat at Axel Springer Akademie, internships at Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and DER SPIEGEL, as well as freelance journalism for Der Tagesspiegel and Diario EL PAÍS. Jennifer Wilton holds a Magister in History, Hispanic Studies, and Cultural Studies from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and has pursued studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and the University of Münster.
