Alexandra Gagliardi

Alexandra Gagliardi is the current VP People at WeMaintain. Alexandra has previously worked as the Head of People & Culture at stealthmodestartuplondon from November 2020 to February 2022, and as the Head of People at Elvie from May 2019 to November 2020.

Elvie is a company that produces products that improve women's lives. Some of their products include the Elvie Trainer, an app-connected trainer that helps women strengthen the pelvic floor, and the Elvie Pump, the world's first silent wearable breast pump. Elvie has received more than 30 awards, and has been featured in the Oscar Nominee Gift Bags.

Under Alexandra's leadership, Elvie has launched 2 new products, opened an R&D office in Bristol, a commercial office in China and one in the US, while also growing their HQ in London with a headcount growth from 30 employees to 200.

Alexandra Gagliardi pursued a Master in RH at the Institut de Gestion Sociale, followed by an Ecole de commerce at EDC - Business School.
