Romain Bordier

Romain Bordier is the current Chief of Staff at WeMaintain. Prior to this, they worked as Adjoint au sous-directeur qualité et développement durable dans la construction for the Ministère de la Transition écologique et solidaire from September 2012 to September 2018. In this role, they managed a team of 35 staff and oversaw a €70 million plan to modernize the construction industry through digital and energy transitions, R&D programs, and technical rulemaking in areas such as energy transition, health, safety, and risks. From November 2010 to September 2011, Bordier worked as a Process Engineer and Project Coordinator for Degremont on the extension of the Amman Water Treatment Plant. Romain was also in charge of the environmental and social impact study. Prior to that, from September 2009 to September 2010, they worked as a Validation Engineer for Alstom Transport.

Romain Bordier attended HEC Paris where they received a certificate in International Corporate Finance. Romain also attended Join Lion for a Moonsession in March-April 2018. Romain is an engineer from the Corps des Mines Paris and has a degree from the École Polytechnique. Romain also has a certification from HEC Paris in International Certificate in Corporate Finance (ICCF).
