Pierre Thuiliere

Pierre THUILIERE has over 30 years of experience in various procurement and purchasing roles. Pierre started their career in 1990 at Danone, where they served as a Global Procurement Manager, overseeing a budget of €500 million and establishing sustainable supplier relationships. Pierre later worked at Huhtamaki as a Business Development Manager before moving to Marie as a Purchasing Manager, where they focused on food markets and implemented digital transformation strategies. Pierre then joined Flexico as a Procurement Director, managing a team of buyers and assistant buyers across seven subsidiaries. Pierre successfully delivered cost reductions and savings while driving innovation and developing the purchasing team. Pierre also held an interim role as a Procurement Director at DALLOYAU. Currently, Pierre is the Purchasing, Real Estate & Facility Management Director at Wendel, responsible for managing real estate and facility operations while implementing cost-effective procurement strategies.

Pierre THUILIERE obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Agricultural and Food Products Processing from AgroParisTech from 1985 to 1988. In 2020, they attended Harvard Business School and completed the CORe Program Credential Of Readiness, focusing on Financial Accounting, Economics for Managers, and Business Analytics. In 2021, they participated in the MIT Professional Education program on Digital Transformation. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as audit and due diligence, business law, corporate finance, and IT security from LinkedIn in 2020.
